By accessing or using the Nexafora™ organizational intelligence assessment system at assessment.nexafora.com (the "Assessment System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Assessment System on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Assessment System.
Nexafora™ is The Organizational Intelligence Standard. The Assessment System provides structured organizational readiness diagnostics across strategic dimensions including AI adoption, M&A integration readiness, and digital transformation. Assessment results are diagnostic outputs — informational tools to support organizational decision-making, not professional legal, financial, investment, or technology advice.
The Assessment System offers three layers: the AI Readiness Index ($397), the AI Constraint Analysis ($2,500), and the AI Transformation Blueprint ($7,500) — available as Individual or Leadership (multi-stakeholder) assessments. M&A Integration Readiness and Digital Transformation Readiness assessments are available at the same tier pricing. Multi-lens assessments (Dual Lens: 12% discount; Compound Readiness™: 25% discount) are priced per the published SKU matrix. Leadership assessments are priced at $397 base plus $197 per additional seat (2–8 seats). Leadership Layer 2 ($2,500 flat) and Layer 3 ($10,500 flat) upgrades are available from your dashboard. All prices are in USD and final at time of purchase.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed assessments where the diagnostic report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical failure preventing report generation after payment, contact support@nexafora.com within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a credit. For Leadership assessments, if fewer respondents complete than seats purchased, no partial refund is issued — the composite report is generated from available completions.
Your assessment report is generated specifically for your organization based on your responses. You may use your report internally — for decision-making, board presentations, investor materials, and organizational planning. You may not resell, sublicense, reproduce, or publicly distribute report content as a standalone product. The Nexafora™ scoring methodology, question framework, assessment architecture, pillar weighting system, conditional scoring rules, and report templates are proprietary intellectual property of Nexafora™ protected under applicable law. The Nexafora Accredited™ credential, when earned, may be displayed in accordance with the Nexafora Institute™ usage guidelines.
The Nexafora Accredited™ credential is issued when an organization achieves a composite score of 85 or above with all 10 assessment pillars at 65% or above, having completed all three assessment layers. The Compound Readiness™ credential is issued when these criteria are met on two or more lenses within a single Compound Readiness™ session. Credentials are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are renewable by completing a re-assessment. Nexafora™ reserves the right to revoke credentials in cases of material misrepresentation of assessment responses. Credentials are non-transferable and are verified at nexafora.com/verify.
Authorized Nexafora™ Independent Accredited Partners may create client assessment sessions on behalf of their clients under the terms of the Independent Accredited Partner Agreement. Advisors are responsible for obtaining appropriate authorization from their clients before initiating sessions. Advisors may not misrepresent assessment results or the nature of the diagnostic to clients. The Advisor Agreement governs revenue share, conduct standards, and credential usage and supplements these Terms.
Leadership assessments involve multiple respondents. The session initiator is responsible for ensuring all invited respondents are authorized representatives of the organization. Respondents must complete their individual assessments honestly and independently. The composite report belongs to the initiating organization. Individual respondent scores are not disclosed to other respondents. The 7-day completion window begins when the first respondent is invited. Sessions that expire before minimum required completions will not generate a report — contact support@nexafora.com for resolution.
You may not: (a) use the Assessment System to assess organizations you do not represent or have no legitimate consulting relationship with, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the assessment methodology, scoring algorithm, or question framework, (c) create multiple accounts to circumvent per-assessment pricing, (d) submit false or materially misleading information in assessments, (e) use the Assessment System for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations, (f) interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Assessment System.
The Assessment System and all diagnostic reports are provided "as is" and "as available." Nexafora™ makes no warranty that assessment results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific business decision. Assessment outputs are diagnostic tools — they reflect the information provided by respondents and are not professional legal, financial, investment, or technology advice. Organizations should use assessment results as one input among multiple in their decision-making processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexafora™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Assessment System or reliance on assessment results. Total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Assessment System shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific assessment giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexafora™ and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Assessment System in violation of these Terms, your submission of false or misleading assessment information, your infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
The specific questions, scoring weights, pillar architecture, conditional scoring rules, and AI generation prompts used in the Nexafora™ assessment system are proprietary and confidential. By using the Assessment System, you agree not to disclose, reproduce, or otherwise make available any non-public elements of the assessment methodology that become apparent through your use of the system.
Nexafora™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Assessment System at any time. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date below and, for registered users, by email notice. Continued use of the Assessment System after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Assessment System shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property matters. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
